As category lead for facilities management within financial services, Jon was responsible for developing sourcing strategies, optimising category management and strategic relationships, managing complex sourcing initiatives and a key driver of FM operational change. Now heading the Service Partner+ Sourcing Team, Jon focuses on optimising end-to-end procurement processes through strategic sourcing, driving cost savings, efficiencies, ESG initiatives, and innovation across the supply chain, while ensuring the Sourcing function aligns with Savills' and clients' strategic goals.

The Service Partner+ Sourcing Team supports clients in managing their service charge budgets by optimising procurement strategies to drive value, control costs, and ensure transparency. Through strategic sourcing and supplier optimisation, the team identifies opportunities for cost savings while maintaining high service quality. By streamlining operations and advancing ESG initiatives, clients benefit from improved efficiency and alignment with their strategic priorities, ensuring effective budget management and long-term sustainability.

Jon lives in Manchester with his wife and two sons. An avid cook and musician, he enjoys travel, exploring the UK in the family campervan, and competing in triathlons.
