James specialises in loan security and financial reporting valuation across the industrial, office and retail sectors in the north of England and North Wales.
James began working at Savills in 2018, after graduating from Oxford Brookes University with a degree in Real Estate Management. James was fixed within the commercial valuation team undertaking valuations within the office, industrial, retail, shopping centre and development land sectors. James is a chartered surveyor and a RICS Registered Valuer.
In his free time, James enjoys sailing and playing golf, as well as watching rugby.
