Gemma is an associate director specialising in Project Management across office, leisure and retail sectors.

She has 20 years’ experience as a Building Surveyor, having started in the industry as a part-time student and Trainee Surveyor immediately after finishing college. She qualified with a BSc (Hons) in Building Surveying in 2011. Her role covers a variety of professional services on behalf of both landlords and occupiers.

Gemma delivers an extremely detailed approach to refurbishment projects covering Project Management, Contract Administration, Principal Designer, Cost Control and Interior Design.

Outside of work, she loves to travel, exploring new cultures and cuisines across the world.
