Freddie Guest

Freddie joined Savills as a graduate in 2012 with a degree in real estate management from Oxford Brookes University.

Throughout his career at Savills, Freddie has spent time working closely with many of the teams across the business, having previously undertaken roles in various valuation and agency departments. The experience has enabled him to carry out in-depth technical analysis of each opportunity and provide advice on how his clients can maximise their returns and drive value from their assets.

Originating from the sunnier side of the Pennines, Freddie can often be found hacking his way around 18 holes at his local golf club, or in the stands of his hometown football club, Huddersfield Town.
