Evie joined the Northern Development team at Savills in June 2025 following three and a half years' experience in the Hotel Capital Markets team. She originally joined Savills in September 2021 as an Apprentice Surveyor after completing her A Levels and gaining experience in residential agency.
Evie’s role involves focusing on city centre, and high-density residential and mixed use development. Evie also advises clients on both disposals and acquisitions of built stock and greenfield and brownfield development land.
