Charlie Clark

Charlie began his degree apprenticeship in September 2024 and has been actively working towards completing the programme, developing both his professional skills and academic knowledge as he progresses.

In his role as a Commercial Property Management Apprentice, he supports the delivery of day‑to‑day management across a portfolio of commercial properties, ensuring that clients’ buildings are well maintained, compliant, and operate efficiently. His responsibilities include assisting with service charge management, monitoring contractor performance, responding to tenant enquiries, and helping coordinate planned and reactive maintenance to maintain asset value. He regularly carry's out site visits to identify issues, uphold health and safety standards, and ensure tenants receive a high level of service. He also contributes to reporting, budgeting, and supporting senior surveyors with lease reviews and client updates, helping to provide a professional and proactive management service on behalf of the client.

Outside of work, Charlie enjoys living an active lifestyle. He is a dedicated runner and gym‑goer, and loves playing golf as much as he can. He particularly enjoys hiking in the Lake District whenever he gets the chance.
