David joined Savills in 2009 as Senior Surveyor and became an Associate in 2011. He qualified as a Chartered Quantity Surveyor in 1986. David specialises in delivering combinations of Employers Agent and Quantity Surveying services to clients across all construction sectors. These have ranged from new build housing, estate external work s and environmental regeneration, master planning, decent homes projects for stock transfers, conversion of university student accommodation to sheltered accommodation for the elderly, office block refurbishment.
