Lynette has worked for Savills since January 2017 providing planning advice to our rural clients across the midlands and east of England.

Lynette provides planning advice primarily to a range of clients and has expertise in a wide range of planning projects. She has a good understanding of the rural, residential, tourism and employment sectors in particular and has often worked within the historic environment. Lynette has a background in planning policy as well as development management disciplines, working on development appraisals, planning advice, applications - including pre-application advice and appeals.
