Charlotte Fox joined Savills in September 2022 on the apprenticeship scheme. After completing extensive in-house training and achieving external qualifications, she has now become a valuable member of the Lincoln team as the residential sales administrator.
Charlotte entered the property industry in 2022 and has quickly established herself as a skilled sales administrator. Based at the Lincoln office, she ensures that each client is handled with precision, care, and professionalism, while also providing support to colleagues within the department.
Charlotte provides support to clients throughout various key stages of the sales process. Her keen attention to detail is essential when preparing property listings, liaising with third-party companies, and organising viewings and market appraisals.
Aside from work, Charlotte enjoys numerous hobbies, including tap dancing, which she has done from an early age, pilates, and walking in the Peak District. She recently completed a hike up Mount Snowdon, which has inspired her to take part in future charity endurance walks. In addition, Charlotte loves eating out, especially at Italian restaurants. Her favourite go-to dishes are lasagne, pasta Bolognese, or a Margherita pizza (very adventurous).
