Tim joined Savills in January 2018 working out of the Leeds office in the Property Management team. Tim specialises in retail property management.
As a Chartered Surveyor, Tim has over 15 years property management experience across all sectors retail, office and industrial.
Tim advises clients on management implications of major refurbishment and capex projects, and reviewing/overhauling existing service charge arrangements at a number of shopping centres. He also specialises in the management of retail and commercial properties located across the North of England.
Tim enjoys playing both football and golf and is a supporter of Newcastle United. Tim also enjoys all types of music, together with spending quality time with his family.
