Richard Hewson

Richard has worked for Savills financial consultants since 2013 and provides treasury management and business planning services to registered providers.

Richard provides advice and support to users of the Brixx software solution and any Excel based financial planning models, he has extensive experience in both constructing and reviewing plans in either format.

Richard has worked with a number of Savills clients to increase their debt capacity, and has been involved in the complete process, commencing with a review of potential further capacity, developing a funding strategy through to the securing and documenting of the additional funding.
