Peter Erskine

Before joining the minerals and waste management team in York, Peter had no previous experience in the property sector. As an apprentice, Peter gained hands on experience across a wide range of minerals and waste matters, whilst studying a part time degree in Real Estate Management.  In 2022, Peter moved to the Leeds office and has since completed his degree and passed his APC to become a chartered minerals surveyor.

In his current role, Peter advises clients on all aspects of minerals and waste property, including, managing mineral sites on behalf of institutional and private clients, valuations of minerals and waste assets and consulting on landlord and tenant matters
