Matthew has been working in the Leeds office since 2005 specialising in development land sales, both mixed use and residential.
Matthew specialises in all aspects of development property including the acquisition and sales of immediate development opportunities and strategic development land. Matthew runs the northern development team which comprises a team of 20 providing sale/marketing, consultancy and valuation advice on all aspects of development opportunities.
