Kate joined Savills in London in 1998. She now works from the Leeds office in the housing and healthcare team specialising in the valuation of affordable housing.
Kate started her career undertaking valuations of a wide variety of residential and commercial properties and land mainly for tax purposes and later specialising in CPO valuations. Within Savills, Kate has specialised in the valuation of large portfolios of social/affordable housing and has particular experience in providing valuations for funders of Large Scale Voluntary Transfer (LSVT) registered providers. Kate also provides annual revaluations for her LSVT clients. In addition, Kate provides valuations for loan security purposes through Private Placement financing and traditional funding facilities; valuation reviews for rent setting and guidance and valuations for refinancing purposes.
Kate lives in Harrogate with her family and enjoys cycling. Having done some long cycles across the country it provides a great way to see the diverse market in the north of England.
