Ben Parkes

Ben joined Savills as a graduate in July 2021, having studied Urban Studies and Planning (MPlan) at the University of Sheffield. He became a charted member of the RTPI in October 2023. 

Ben is involved in a wide variety of projects and provides planning advice to a diverse range of clients including landowners, developers and private companies. Ben specialises in adding value to large strategic land sites through the planning system. 

Ben is an active member of the Savills Housing Needs and Supply group. He regularly provides advice and detailed assessment on housing and employment land needs and supply across Yorkshire. 

Ben also has a focus on energy and infrastructure across a range of renewable and low carbon projects.
