Sophie joined Savills in July 2018 as associate director, operations and compliance. Sophie is part of the place shaping team within the property management division.
Sophie returned to Savills Place and British BIDs in July 2025 as head of Place, having previously been part of the team up until 2021. She has worked in the place management and place shaping sector since 2007, progressing from frontline operational delivery through to CEO level within the business improvement district (BID) industry.
With over 17 years’ experience and involvement in more than 50 locations across the UK, Sophie brings a rare combination of operational knowledge and strategic leadership to her role. She supports towns, cities and BIDs to develop resilient places that adapt to shifting consumer behaviours, digital innovation and evolving economic landscapes.
