Maria joined Savills in 2018 as a policy manager within the property management division.
Maria began working with business improvement districts (BIDs) in 2004 and has worked with and led BIDs through their first ballot and through renewal.
Before entering the BID world, Maria worked within the retail sector for 25 years, including having her own retail business for 12 of those years.
In her free time Maria is a qualified cat judge which takes her all over the UK, she also exhibits her Burmese cats when she can and breeds on a small scale. Maria’s other interests include music, theatre and travel.
