Sam Sargeant

Sam originally started at Savills in 2019 on a part-time basis and worked during evenings and weekends whilst studying for a BSc in Real Estate at the University of Reading. He worked as a Saturday assistant for the Cobham office, and also helped the new homes and lettings teams in the Reading office. Sam eventually met the Guildford development team during summer work experience and accepted an offer to join the team on a full-time basis after graduating in July 2022.

Sam works with both public and private sector clients and is primarily involved in undertaking loan security valuations on behalf of lending institutions. Sam also assists with the sale of development land across South London and the counties of Surrey, Sussex, Berkshire and Kent. 

Prior to joining Savills, Sam worked as a project manager at a family run development business while, at the same time, also undertaking additional work experience with an independent chartered surveyor and a large property auction house.

Outside of the office, Sam enjoys spending time outdoors. He also enjoys the networking opportunities the real estate social scene brings and can regularly be found attending events in the City.
