Emily Thorpe

Emily joined Savills as a graduate surveyor in September 2023 after graduating from the University of Exeter in June 2022 and completing her masters in real estate at the Royal Agricultural University in August 2023. Emily has since qualified as a member of the RICS in 2025 and Emily continues to works within the Guildford development team assisting with residential/mixed-use development and valuation services across the south east. 

Emily primarily undertakes a range of valuations and is involved in loan security valuations on behalf of lending institutions. Emily also provides development consultancy advice to private and public sector clients.

Prior to joining Savills, Emily worked for an independent estate agent alongside her studies and gained additional work experience with a multi-disciplinary property consultancy in Devon.

Outside of the office, Emily enjoys spending time outdoors and can often be found competing her horses in a range of disciplines. She also enjoys the networking opportunities associated with the real estate industry and can regularly be found attending events in the City.
