With a strong background in property management, negotiations and client services, Adel plays a key role in supporting the lettings team across multiple regions, ensuring smooth operations and exceptional customer care.
Adel brings professional expertise and a commitment to industry standards. Her role involves coordinating complex lettings processes, liaising with landlords, tenants, and internal teams to deliver efficient and compliant solutions. Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Adel helps maintain Savills’ reputation for excellence in residential lettings.
Adel thrives on delivering exceptional customer service and exceeding client expectations, with an attention to detail that sets her apart. Her commitment was recognised when she won the Customer Experience Award at the Savills National Conference in 2020. She is also one of our Mental Health Champions, supporting wellbeing initiatives across the division.
Outside of work, Adel fundraises for Cancer Research UK and is passionate about yoga and wellbeing. She enjoys hiking, kayaking, and long walks to take in stunning views.
