Niamh Dunn

Niamh works in the UK lease consultancy team focusing on advising on rent reviews, lease renewals, lease regears and other lease consultancy related matters within the office, industrial and retail sectors across Scotland.

Niamh graduated from the Glasgow Caledonian University with a BA (Hons) in International Marketing, before joining Savills in 2022 as an administrator. During her time in this role, Niamh achieved an MSc in Real Estate Management and Investment from Edinburgh Napier University and subsequently joined the graduate scheme on the commercial pathway in 2024.
