Natalie is the divisional HR director for Savills operational capital markets (OCM), leisure & trade, UK Investment and valuation divisions.
Natalie joined the Glasgow office in March 2015 as the HR business partner for Scotland supporting our people across seven offices.
Natalie is now working in a national role as a divisional HR director. Natalie is based in Glasgow but spends a lot of time in our Margaret Street and Finsbury Circus House offices supporting her client group.
Natalie provides advice and guidance on all aspects of HR including employee relations, performance management, recruitment, remuneration, policy and procedure, change management, TUPE and employment law.
