Claire joined Savills in 2018 and is part of the Residential Research team covering Scotland.

Prior to joining Savills, Claire worked at a law firm specialising in Estate Planning. Before this, she worked for a Property Factor, managing prime residential developments across Glasgow City Centre.

Claire specialises in new build research for housebuilders and developers across Scotland and has built a strong profile within the housebuilding industry.

Passionate about all aspects of the new build market, she regularly visits developments to gain a deeper understanding of her clients' products and the areas in which they operate. In her spare time, Claire enjoys spending time with family and friends and travelling.
