Eddie Hamilton

Eddie joined Savills in 2020 and previously worked in South West London before moving to the Country House Department in 2025.

Eddie was born and raised in the countryside, with family roots in Hampshire and is now based the Head Office in London. His passion and love for the countryside led him to specialise in prime country houses across the North Home Counties.

Educated in Berkshire and Oxfordshire, he understands what draws people to the area. He focuses on properties above £3,000,000, working closely with Savills’ regional offices in Henley-on-Thames, Marlow, Amersham, Beaconsfield, Rickmansworth, Harpenden, Summertown, and Banbury, ensuring clients benefit from coordinated advice and access to both town and country markets.

Eddie enjoys advising those moving into the area and building lasting relationships. His priority is achieving the best results for his sellers, keeping them regularly informed and providing sound, strategic guidance. Outside of work, Eddie makes the most of his free time on the golf course whilst also enjoying running in the countryside finishing in a one of the many local pubs with his friends and family.
