Yorgos Koronaios

Yorgos graduated as an architect and also holds an MSc in Environmental Design & Engineering. He is a Chartered Engineer, Passivhaus Designer and Low Carbon Energy Assessor (Level 5). He has extensive expertise in building physics, fabric performance optimisation, and energy modeling. 

Specialising in the development of technically feasible and cost-effective energy strategies, he assists clients in creating net zero carbon roadmaps for both existing assets and new developments. His experience spans a variety of property types, including office buildings, retail parks, and industrial portfolios.

Yorgos participated in the UK net zero carbon building standard development as the retail sector modelling lead. He also won the CIBSE Building Simulation award 2023 for his work at the Bourne 100 Business Park for ARA Dunedin.

In his spare time, you will find him reading science fiction, figuring out guitar riffs of his favorite tunes and convincing himself that video games are the secret to staying young.
