Will Ricketts

Will joined Savills in 2012 as a property manager. He transitioned to IT for UK residential in 2015, enhancing operational efficiency through technology.

In 2018, he moved to Savills Spain, leading a digital transformation programme. Returning to the UK in September 2023, Will became IT business partner EME, driving digital transformation across Europe and the Middle East.

His extensive experience in real estate, IT, and digital transformation uniquely positions him to help clients navigate the complexities of the real estate industry. His bilingual skills and commitment to high-quality results make him a preferred choice for clients. Will's role as IT business partner EME, he leads a team that bridges the gap between IT and various business units across Europe and the Middle East.   His primary focus is on driving digital transformation initiatives that align technology strategies with the overarching business goals of Savills. This involves working closely with stakeholders to understand their needs and challenges, and then developing and implementing IT solutions that enhance operational efficiency, improve customer experience, and streamline service delivery.

His role is client-centric, ensuring that the technology solutions provided are tailored to meet the specific needs of each client. Will oversees the entire lifecycle of IT projects, from initial requirements gathering and business analysis to project management and final deployment. This comprehensive approach ensures that the solutions are not only innovative but also practical and aligned with the clients' business objectives.

Additionally, he is involved in change management, guiding clients through the adoption of new systems and technologies. Will provides training and support to ensure a smooth transition and maximize the value of the new solutions. His expertise in real estate, IT, and digital transformation allows him to offer insights and recommendations that are both strategic and actionable.

Outside of work, Will is an avid sports enthusiast and enjoys playing classical piano.
