Tim Birley

An integral senior member of Savills London commercial property team, Tim is a highly experienced facilities manager with a wide range of knowledge gained from managing a variety of buildings and portfolio's across London and the South East. He is responsible for the mobilisation and management of our network of regional facilities managers in the South of England which includes managing and liaising with all management, technical/site operational and administration staff on strategic and operational/service delivery issues.

Tim also plays an integral part of the Savills H&S committee shaping policy and ensuring compliance with current legislation.
