Shahina Choglay

Shahina's role as Head of the London credit control team allows her to service of high profile clients and implementing processes in order to ensure her team are delivering an excellent client service. The rent and service charge collections are driven by key performance indicators which require crucial time management skills in order to achieve optimum results.

Through Shahina's career she has gained the knowledge and expertise within the field to control, demand and deliver results. Her role at Savills requires a specific skill set to be proactively preparing, analysing, guiding and supporting the team through the collections process. The portfolio of clients that Shahina works on have an extensive reporting requirement which involves monthly, quarterly and ad hoc reporting of statistical information on arrears, rent collection and bad debt, adhering to strict deadlines and ensuring high standards of client service are delivered at all times.

Shahina's role has given her the chance to further enhance her career and extend her expertise and knowledge within this field allowing for the freedom to strengthen skills in many aspects of the day to day functions and assisting other members of the team, leading by example.
