Richard joined the Savills London business space team in August 2018. He specialising in managing prestigious central London offices with a focus on mobilising new constructions and refurbished properties.
Richard gained a degree in Land Management from the University of Reading and then went on to qualify as a chartered surveyor in 2004 at a small general practice firm in Hampton. He has gone on to work in property management for industry leading firms, predominantly in central London offices and mixed use schemes.
Richard is a director in the London business space team and has a specialism in managing prime central London offices for property companies, developers, family offices and investment funds. Richard is leading Savills' process and procedures working group and is closely involved in improving standards across the central London portfolio as part of the property management and philosophy.
Richard volunteers to help surveyors starting out in the industry through the BPF's mentoring scheme. He also volunteers as an assistant leader at his local cub scout group. Outside of work, Richard enjoys spending time with his son and daughter, mountain biking, camping, trail running and walking his dog.
