Richard is a director and head of London Office Project Management specialising in project management with over two-decades of experience in the property market.
He has successfully delivered a wide range of complex projects for occupiers, investors and developers across Central London. With extensive experience in commercial project management, he has a strong track record of leading large, multi-disciplinary teams to deliver outstanding outcomes.
With over 25 years' experience in the property sector, his broad expertise spans the full project lifecycle, complemented by a deep understanding of due diligence and professional consultancy services. This enables him to provide strategic advice and tailored solutions that support the diverse objectives of both investors and occupiers.
Outside of work Richard is passionate about running, cycling, fitness, charity fundraising and team events. He particularly enjoys opportunities to get involved in community and charity initiatives and values building strong relationships both within and outside the workplace.
