Paul joined Savills in 2015 and manages a mixed portfolio of assets on behalf of property funds and property companies.

On a day-to-day basis, Paul manages a variety of multi and single let offices, retail parks and industrial estates. He is involved with all aspects of management, including service charge management, rent collection, alterations and refurbishments as well as implementing asset management initiatives. His work requires close liaison with landlords, tenants and other property advisors.
