Melissa joined Savills in 2006 and is the head of commercial risk and compliance.
Melissa is a Chartered Accountant who supports the delivery of Savills UK’s legal and regulatory compliance framework. Her role encompasses the implementation and ongoing monitoring of procedures and controls across a broad range of compliance areas, including financial crime prevention, sanctions, fraud prevention, conflicts of interest, and anti-bribery and corruption.
She works closely with business leaders and specialist teams to develop appropriate training so that regulatory obligations are embedded within day-to-day operations.
