Mark Wilson

Mark has enjoyed a successful career spanning over 30 years within the M&E contracting, maintenance and commercial real estate industry. Mark joined Savills in June 2017, having previously served as Divisional Director within the M&E Consultancy division leading the southern M&E consultancy team. 

Mark specialises in a range of M&E consultancy services including contractor management, technical support, planned maintenance programmes, licence to alter, technical due diligence and dilapidations. Mark also specialises in providing technical support for operational building issues, particularly those involve electrical distribution infrastructure and energy metering. Mark has supported various Clients for settling energy metering and recharge disputes.

Mark uses his engineering expertise and is an avid classic vehicle restorer in his spare time. Mark is also a keen supporter of a variety of charities including the Crisis UK who serve to provide invaluable assistance to those facing homelessness.
