James joined Savills in 2014 working out of the Hong Kong office. He specialises in commercial tenant representation for occupiers in the Central London market as well as overseeing Savills Central London Occupier Group.
James graduated from Oxford Brookes University and started at a competitor in Hong Kong, spending 5 years in their commercial tenant representation team working with corporate clients' office requirements and long-term real estate strategies, then moving to work as an asset manager before joining Savills in 2014.
Before moving to London, James was overseeing tenant representation in Asia Pacific for Savills Worldwide Occupier Services team managing the strategy and delivery to corporate occupiers in key markets across multi jurisdictions in APAC. He was the single point of contact working closely with both Savills US and Savills EMEA colleagues.
