Eve is an associate director within the sustainable design team at Savills Earth and facilitates our net zero strategy service.
Eve Farrugia is a chartered engineer with over nine years of experience in the built environment. Her expertise lies in bridging sustainable engineering with real estate strategy, enabling her to deliver net zero carbon solutions that are both technically robust and commercially aligned. She has successfully led net zero strategies across global portfolios, covering both existing and new build assets. Her approach is grounded in a strong understanding of building physics and investment-driven sustainability, ensuring that performance improvements deliver long-term value.
Before joining Savills in June 2023, Eve held senior roles at leading sustainable building consultancies, where she spearheaded the development of net zero tools and frameworks to support climate-conscious decision-making. She holds a Master’s degree in Building Technology from TU Delft and a Bachelor’s degree in Architecture and Engineering from the University of Malta.
Eve delivers technical sustainability services including detailed energy modelling, building design optimisation studies, net zero strategies and carbon assessments, while also contributing to digital tools. Her collaborative approach ensures sustainability is embedded across planning, development and asset management stages.
Outside of work, Eve enjoys exploring London’s parks and architecture, and often heads to concerts to enjoy live music around the city.
