Chris joined Savills as a graduate in 2011 and specialises in the valuation of commercial and residential investment and development properties throughout the country.
Chris has experience of valuing office, retail, industrial, residential and mixed-use properties and portfolios, predominantly for loan security purposes.
Chris completed a secondment to a lender in 2017 providing real estate advice to the front line origination, transaction execution and credit teams in support of existing and new lending opportunities.
Chris sits on the UK Valuation Best Practice Board and is heavily involved in the graduate training programme.
