Becca Stout

Becca started her career reading real estate management on a sandwich course at Nottingham Trent University 2007-2011. Upon graduating she commenced working for a property services compnay as a general practice surveyor. In 2014 she became chartered. In 2017 Becca moved to a property consultants continuing general practice but concentrating on property management. Becca took on further responsibility here heading up the property management team. 

Becca's current role at Savills is pure property management at associate director level. She has experience managing assets across all asset classes, but currently specialises in multi-let office property since joining Savills.     

The role focuses on service charges, as well as licences to Alter, licences to Assign and wayleaves, Becca also has prior experience as a general practice surveyor in Landlord and Tenant, Rating, benefiting from a holistic viewpoint.

Becca enjoys pottering about in her garden at home in Essex and dinner parties with her family and friends.
