Paul leads the south rural, energy & projects team which provides rural property advice to farmers, landowners and rural business. As well as heading up the south region, Paul's primary role is to advise on land and estate matters for owners of rural property such as; in hand and let farms; commercial and industrial properties; development land; woodland and tourism ventures. Paul specialises in strategic estate planning which covers a diverse range of rural property; the taxation of rural property as well as landlord and tenant work with a focus on agricultural tenancies.

Paul lives in Devon and has a keen interest in rural matters which gives him a true insight into issues affecting agriculture and the rural economy.
