Nick is a director and head of the development department in Exeter and provides agency and consultancy advice on a wide range of development projects throughout the south west region.
Nick is an experienced development land agent and advises landowners and facilitators on marketing strategies and agency related advice for residential, commercial and mixed-use sites and in respect of strategic land.
Consultancy roles include financial viability work in support of planning applications, advice in respect of optimising the mix of uses within a proposed development and strategic public sector projects.
Nick has considerable experience in project managing public sector commissions which require multi-disciplinary input and management of external consultants.
Nick joined Savills in 1993 on the graduate programme and worked at the head office in London for nine years, specialising in commercial property agency and development. Having relocated to the west country, he re-joined Savills in October 2004 to set up and head the development department in Exeter.
