Matt leads the Rural Consultancy team in the southwest. Based from Savills Truro, Exeter and Taunton offices, he also operates nationally. He specialises in residential, agricultural and rural property advice and valuation.
Matt advises a range of clients, maximising value through effective negotiation and a diligent approach combined with a broad experience in rural property. He is a RICS registered valuer providing valuation reports for security, taxation, negotiation, and litigation matters. Matt regularly provides expert witness valuation reports.
Another of Matt's roles is advising clients on rural and residential compulsory purchase matters across the UK. He provides property management and consultancy services to a national landowner and other areas of expertise including Agricultural Mortgage Corporation funding, landlord tenant matters and compensation for infrastructure and telecommunications.
