Karl Matier

Karl is responsible for running the Esher office and heads up the residential sales team.

Karl started his property career in London in 2007 before joining Savills in 2009, based originally in the Savills Richmond office and then later in Mayfair. He joined the Esher office in 2012.

Karl is passionate about property and, having lived in nearby Surbiton for 10 years, knows the local area incredibly well. Karl spends most of his spare time enjoying days out with his young family and can often be found walking his dog through Esher Common or enjoying the river views at East Molesey cricket club which the office sponsors.
