Evelyn joined Savills in 1988 and now specialises in the sale and purchase of commercial farms and both residential and sporting estates throughout Scotland.
Evelyn works closely with agency colleagues across Savills' national network of offices and in particular with the firm's London offices and foreign desks who specialise in looking after International buyers with an interest in Scotland. Evelyn now leads the very successful Scottish rural agency team who consistently hold the leading share in both the farmland and rural estates markets. As a result, Evelyn is frequently asked to comment on rural property issues and trends both by the national and key local press. Having been brought up on the family farm in Fife, Evelyn has both practical experience and a sound understanding of rural property.
