Emma joined Savills in 2025 and is part of the Country Houses team. She specialises in the sale of prime residential properties across Fife, with a particular focus on St Andrews and the surrounding areas.
With a deep understanding of the Fife and St Andrews property market, Emma provides guidance throughout the sales process, helping clients feel well-informed and supported at each stage.
Emma is a sales negotiator who works closely with Jamie Macnab. She maintains regular contact with buyers and aims to secure the best possible price for her clients.
Originally from Yorkshire, Emma has family ties to Scotland and has made Edinburgh her home. She graduated with a first-class honours in Textiles from Loughborough University. Outside of work, Emma is a keen skier and enjoys spending her free time with friends and family.
