He has extensive group facilitation and knowledge exchange experience having led and facilitated many Planning to Succeed (P2S) and Rural Leadership Programme (RLP) groups for Scottish Enterprise and Highland & Islands Enterprise since 2002.
More recently he has led the Business Improvement Group and Focus on Figures projects for Quality Meat Scotland.
