Carolyn Davies

Carolyn has worked in estate and property management in south west Scotland since graduating in 1994, initially in Ayrshire and since 1997 in Dumfries & Galloway. 

In 2023 Carolyn joined the Rural Tenancy Team and now heads up this small team who undertake the referencing and preparation of all rural residential tenancies across the Savills UK offices.  This role is performed in conjunction with the ongoing management of rural estate properties and a small portfolio of private client residential lettings.
