Michael Pennington

Michael qualified as a chartered surveyor in 1997, and joined Savills in 2003 when he was based in the Exeter office. In 2011 he moved back to his family farm in north Cornwall and now works out of the Truro office. Covering the wider South West peninsular he advises private, Institutional and charity clients on all aspects of property management, business management, development and tax planning.

Michael sits on the national executive board of the rural estate management discipline within Savills and is also responsible for estate management in the South West.
