
Annabel has been working in the Truro office since 2023 starting within the residential viewing staff team but now specialising in rural estate and portfolio management.
Annabel gained a BSc(Hons) degree in Rural Estate Management at the Royal Agricultural College, Cirencester. She began her surveying career with Carter Jonas, Marlborough and qualified as a chartered surveyor. After qualifying, Annabel stepped into a residential sales role with Lane Fox national country house department based from Mayfair, London for 4 years and became an associate within that time. She then moved up to Stamford to work for Smiths Gore residential agency and became head of office prior to the buy out by Savills. Following a break to raise a family, she has now come back to the company and is pursuing her original property interest back in estate management.
Annabel manages the Diocese of Truro glebe estate, using her experience of institutional mixed portfolio estates to deliver property returns in accordance with specialist ecclesiastical law and the client’s charitable objectives. Alongside the lead agent, she oversees management of over 2,600 acres of a principally rural portfolio with some residential and commercial management.
Annabel grew up on an arable farm in Cambridgeshire but moved to Cornwall in 2016 to join her now husband. She has a young family, labrador and enjoys rural pastimes and a range of outdoor activities.
