Charlie Kannreuther

Charlie was brought up in Herefordshire and began his career in Wiltshire before heading north in the 1990s. He joined Savills in 2012 having first established himself as a key figure in the prime country house market as a partner with another national agency. 

Since joining Savills he has overseen the management of residential teams across the Midlands and North, gaining a unique perspective on the region’s rich and varied markets.

He prides himself on an ability to create opportunities for his clients and has a first-class track record of successful sales involving often complex property across a wide range of geographical areas. He thoroughly enjoys helping to smooth the sales process and is a trusted adviser, offering a discreet and personal service. His time is now divided between our Margaret Street HQ in London and the fabulous city of Chester where he continues to lead the Savills office. 

Outside work Charlie has always enjoyed sports, including skiing, and is an active, if not particularly knowledgeable, gardener. His love of food has evolved into a keen interest in cooking, a passion which he shares with his wife and two daughters.
