
Michael joined Savills in June 2019 and manages the utilities infrastructure consultancy team in Savills earth.
Michael has 18 years of experience delivering gas and power assessments, utility network analysis, grid resilience, metering and data strategy and utility due diligence reporting for building assets.
Having constant communications at both distribution and transmission level enables us to provide strategic advice to customers who are looking to develop their portfolios to become more sustainable and enable future proofing. This includes support for building acquisition, disposal and providing value to client portfolio assets.
Michael is based in Devon and enjoys rural life. A keen fly fisherman Michael spends as much time as possible by rivers and lakes. Michael is passionate about conservation and nature and does his utmost to ensure local waterways are free from rubbish and debris. Michael can often be found recycling old bicycles which have been abandoned in rivers and lakes ensuring the local wildlife (including otters) can thrive.
