Richard Fisher

Richard qualified as a chartered surveyor in May 2021. His property career started in 2018 after graduating from the Royal Agricultural University, Cirencester with a degree in Rural Land Management. He has been a Fellow of the Central Association of Agricultural Valuers since 2019 and spent several years working in a mixed practice rural consultancy team before specialising in infrastructure and joined Savills after 6 years at his previous firm.

In his current role, Richard is responsible for delivery of capital programme and asset management on behalf of his clients, providing clear and candid land agency advice whilst managing stakeholder relationships in both the regulated and non-regulated utility sector. He is also responsible for delivering training to all colleagues within his office.

Richard lives in Norfolk and outside of work is often found playing rugby at his local club or enjoying rural pursuits. He is a keen fisherman as well as a qualified ski instructor.
